Learning about Parenting in Person as opposed to reading a Book

Many people parent as they were raised, learning as they go along.

Some get books, especially when they run into difficulties.

As stimulating as listening to an audio recording or reading a book can be, there is nothing quite like learning in person from an effective teacher.

Unfortunately, most of us don’t have as many opportunities as we would like for such direct contact.

Especially for families with children who are difficult – often, you can’t get away for a date night let alone a weekend to attend a live training. Not to mention the travel costs.

Given this situation, we have come up with the perfect solution. We want to support parents who need help the most – those who are dealing with difficult family lives, raising children with trauma histories (or having their own trauma history to deal with).

We offer a live, interactive experience with the author of the bestselling books: Beyond Consequences, Logic & Control Vol 1 & 2 – asking questions and communicating directly with both teachers and other participants over a period of 10 weeks – at a reasonable cost and without having to travel a long way.

We’ve launched two successful 10 week classes, ironed out the details and I am thrilled to announce that we are launching our third Beyond Consequences Online Parenting Course on October 7th, with many more to come in 2010.

teaching this course LIVE, in an interactive way that rivals a
classroom setting!

These interactive Internet classes will use your phone and your computer. You will be able to participate in this Beyond
Consequences 10 Session Training Course in full color, with slideshows,
videos, live discussions, role plays, and Q & A sessions.

You
will also be able to network with other parents around the world who
are dealing with the same issues you face. Membership in a private
online support group is included at no extra charge for all
participants.

It is one thing to talk about committing to a love-based parenting reality and another thing to actually follow through on that in the day to day grind of life.
